Biography:

Lee’s family relocated from France to Charlottesville in 1963, where his father taught Air Force ROTC at UVa until his passing in Vietnam in 1968.  Lee graduated from UVa’s McIntire School of Commerce in 1981and began his career with Ernst & Young’s audit practice in Boston.

Background and Information:

Lee is the Senior Vice President of Aon, where he has worked since 1993.  With many years of experience in accounting, Lee brings to MJH a unique perspective on finances in continuing healthcare.  Lee has served on several other nonprofit boards with a long history of dedicating his time to the community. He is also a regular contributor to The Journal of Deferred Compensation, an academic journal, and he has authored two of the chapters in Taxation and Funding of Nonqualified Deferred Compensation, published by the American Bar Association.  Outside of work, Lee is passionate about long distance running, bass guitar, and homemade pizza.  

Position and Term:

Lee has been with the Board since September 2021; his current term ends in 2023.
